This program is created one-on-one with the client and their Lifestyle Care Manager. The frequency and intensity of our care services increases as the need for services changes – either due to emergent conditions or a gradual desire for increased support.

FLEXIBLE PROGRAM OPTIONS
HomeLonger can be offered in your community through two channels. First, it can be offered as a community amenity that is included at a standard service level for each resident. Residents have the flexibility to upgrade their membership level at any time, as their lifestyle changes. Second, HomeLonger can be sold directly to residents in the community, as the preferred provider of personal support and wellness service.
