Levels of Service
For each client, HomeLonger's services are unique, because each client's needs are unique. By combining personalized care and support from a compassionate team of professionals with easy-to-use in-home technology such as automated care calls, we provide care management that can prevent the deterioration that may lead to complications. We help our clients monitor important health indicators, and we serve as a trusted resource for information and assistance.
We offer three primary levels of subscription services:
Inspired Living, Level 1: Basic membership includes HomeLonger Lifestyle and Wellness Program and HomeLonger Concierge service.
Inspired Living Health, Level 2: A broader network of support-including daily telemonitoring as well as unlimited phone calls and quarterly meetings with our pharmacist-for medication-related issues that can threaten the health lifestyle of seniors.
Inspired Living Care, Level 3: Our broadest and most flexible program, integrating a dedicated three-person team of professionals with home health monitoring technology to provide health assessment, stabilization, ongoing care and support, and coordination of additional services as necessary.
HomeLonger clients work closely with one or more of the following dedicated professionals: a Registered Nurse (RN), a licensed social worker or rehab professional, and a personal care coordinator.
